Grant Applications:
Individual grant applications along with the resource pages needed to complete each one have been divided into two groups. Please follow the appropriate links:

Grants to Organizations & Schools

Forms needed to accept a grant: If you or your organization is awarded a grant by the SDAC, you will need to fill out and return a several forms. (1) Follow this link for the South Dakota substitute W-9 form: ArtsCouncilW-9.pdf (2) a Grant Agreement Form ; (3) a Grant Terms and Conditions form, and (4) a Request for Payment form. These forms will be mailed to you along with the grant award letter, but they are also available here to be filled in and printed. Touring Artists forms are located under Touring Arts on the main menu.
